As a UX Designer at Bosch Digital, I worked at the intersection of human-centred design, agile product delivery, and strategic innovation. I led design projects for innovation and AI with the challenge of fast pace technological environment. In each project, I needed to understand both the business requirements and user needs, as well as the technological possibilities and limitations.
At Bosch Digital, the team driving digital transformation across Bosch business units, I led discovery, user research, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration to shape digital solutions that deliver real value to users and stakeholders. We worked in agile multidisciplinary teams to design, validate, and ship products that support Bosch’s mission of empowering digital business and customer-centric innovation.
Product Authentication made intuitive.
Origify is a secure, digital authentication solution developed by Bosch that uses optical fingerprint technology to capture and verify unique product surface structures, much like human fingerprints, enabling traceability and anti-counterfeiting across industries.
Next-generation digital simulation environment.
As a UX lead on simuLAB, I guided the design of an innovative simulation platform (digital lab environment) that aims to provide immersive, interactive experiences, collect the right data and provide traceability. The focus was on making complex simulation workflows intuitive, engaging, and accessible to diverse user groups.
AI-powered lab and research assistant.
DrGenie is part of Bosch’s exploration in GenAI-driven tools for research environments. It is an intelligent assistant designed to accelerate knowledge discovery and support decision-making in complex domains. Drawing on machine learning and domain-specific datasets, DrGenie helps professionals access insights faster, reduce time-to-value, and focus on core scientific challenges.
Across all three core initiatives, my work was grounded in human-centred design, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and iterative validation. I led research activities, synthesised insights into actionable design strategies, and ensured the final products balanced user needs with business and technical realities. My approach enabled teams to navigate complexity, focus on what matters most to users, and deliver solutions that resonate in real-world contexts.
Workshops played a central role across all Bosch Digital projects I led. In complex, multidisciplinary environments, they were essential for creating alignment, building shared understanding, and accelerating decision-making. By bringing together stakeholders from design, engineering, business, and research, workshops helped transform abstract ideas, assumptions, and technical constraints into tangible, user-centred solutions.
