Bosch Power Tools
I worked as a UX Designer on a measuring tool within a power tools product portfolio and its connected B2B platform. I led and conducted user research activities, including usability testing with professional users, and facilitated discovery and alignment workshops with stakeholders. I synthesized research findings into user journeys, requirements, and design concepts, ensuring the solutions addressed real user needs while aligning with business and technical constraints.
I worked as a UX Designer on a power tools measuring device and its accompanying B2B platform, covering both physical–digital interactions and complex professional workflows. My role spanned the full UX process, from discovery to validation.
I planned and conducted user research with professional users, including qualitative interviews, contextual inquiries, and usability testing on both the hardware interface and the digital platform. I facilitated discovery, co-creation, and alignment workshops with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and domain experts to define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
I synthesized research insights into personas, user journeys, workflows, and clear problem statements, and translated them into wireframes, interaction concepts, and experience principles. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on solutions, validate concepts through testing, and refine designs based on user feedback and data.
Throughout the project, I acted as a user advocate, ensuring a consistent and intuitive experience across the measuring tool and the B2B platform, while balancing usability, scalability, and business requirements in an industrial B2B context.
