A fairytale project, which begun with a master plan for a German architecture studio Topotek.

The project was contained of districts with residential houses, compounds, office buildings and recreational zones. As visible in the image, there were canals connecting some of the places, which form beautiful intimate hidden and unexpected corners.

The problem of the project was that despite the amazing idea of this utopian place, nothing of that was communicated with the people. All the renders we were asked for, were raw, boring and expected - mostly bird views with graphics explaining the utilitarian use of the different plots.

By seeing that, we offered the client an image which would have zero information for the function, but show the actual beauty of living in such place.

My Role

As a 3D Designer I was working on the concept and 3D design for this project, collaborating with Kristina Zlatareva for post-production.
