Womeno
Womeno
Womeno is a digital health platform designed to support women through perimenopause and menopause with clarity, dignity, and personalization. The product combines symptom tracking, educational content, expert support, and data-driven insights to empower women to better understand their bodies and make informed health decisions. The goal was to create a solution that feels trustworthy, premium, and emotionally supportive, while addressing a topic that is still widely stigmatized.
Protopersonas
The protopersonas were created to represent key user groups interacting with Womeno, focusing on motivations, pain points, and expectations rather than demographic perfection. They include women experiencing early symptoms, women preparing proactively for menopause, and stakeholders such as healthcare professionals and HR managers. These personas guided product decisions, tone of voice, and feature prioritization throughout the design process.
Competitor Analysis
The competitor analysis explored both direct menopause-focused apps and adjacent wellness and health-tracking products. Key areas of comparison included content depth, personalization, medical credibility, UX complexity, and emotional tone. This analysis revealed a market gap for a product that balances scientific reliability with warmth, simplicity, and long-term symptom insights—helping position Womeno as a supportive companion rather than a purely clinical tool.
Features
Core features were defined based on user needs and validated pain points. These include symptom and period tracking, personalized recommendations, educational expert content, health reports shareable with doctors, and premium analytics. For B2B users, features extend to anonymized insights, workshops, and employer tools. Each feature was designed to reduce cognitive load and support daily, sustainable engagement.
Wireframes
Wireframes focused on creating a calm, intuitive experience with clear hierarchies and minimal friction. Key flows such as onboarding, symptom logging, and insights review were designed mobile-first, ensuring accessibility and ease of use. Low-fidelity wireframes were iterated quickly to validate structure and user flow before moving into visual design.
Design System
The design system establishes a consistent visual and interaction language across the product. It uses soft colors, generous spacing, and elegant typography to communicate trust and femininity without clichés. Components were designed for scalability, supporting both B2C and B2B use cases, while maintaining a premium and emotionally safe aesthetic.
Productive System
The productive system defines how design, content, and data work together over time. Womeno is built to evolve with the user—collecting longitudinal data, adapting recommendations, and supporting long-term health awareness. From a product perspective, this system enables continuous improvement, feature expansion, and seamless collaboration between medical experts, content creators, and the product team.
