Access Service

We at Viapontica AI are collaborating with The National Archives, UK to create a digital service for government users to access their transferred born-digital records. It’s been a fascinating journey of understanding a variety of user needs, testing iteratively and developing a service that works for all while finding out ways to manage risks inherent to digital collections. Added Value

In the research process we found the need of creating a supporting system to lower the risk of leaking sensitive information. During alpha testing we introduced the concept to the users. We were surprised to see that it was well received and much needed.

My Role

As an UI/UX Designer, I am participating in every part of the process.  Research and interviews, highlighting problems, flow charts, low fidelity and high fidelity wireframes and user testing.

Currently we are at the end of Alpha stage of the project. We are preparing documentation and artifacts and planning next steps. On Beta stage we are planning to include more testing and html versions of our prototypes.
